Signed Sports Memorabilia Stolen From Barbershop

Employees of a Saugus, Massachusetts, barbershop are heartbroken and angry after someone broke into the business and stole jerseys and photos signed by some of Boston's biggest sports heroes right off the walls.

Surveillance video from Barber Masters shows a hooded, masked man breaking into the rear of the shop late Wednesday, looking directly at one camera before tearing it off the wall, then stealing jerseys signed by Tom Brady, Johnny Bucyk, David Ortiz, Paul Pierce and others.

In all, about 12 items worth an estimated $6,000 were stolen. Barber Justin Petkewich says it's not about the money. The memorabilia had sentimental value, and now that it's gone the shop "doesn't feel like home."

He thinks the thief was a former employee or customer because they knew exactly what to look for.
