21-Year-Old Killed, 2 Others Seriously Injured in Stabbing

A 21-year-old man from North Attleboro, Massachusetts, was killed Thursday night in a stabbing that seriously injured two others.

The two other victims, a 21-year-old North Billerica man and a 21-year-old North Attleboro man, were taken to Rhode Island Hospital and Sturdy Memorial Hospital with serious injuries, officials said.

A 19-year-old man is in police custody and is scheduled to appear in Attleboro District Court Friday morning. It is unclear if he has an attorney.

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office said the stabbing happened at 25 Birch Road in North Attleboro around 8:40 p.m. Thursday.

Blood could be seen on an SUV as police investigated.

A witness told NBC10 Boston that two people were taken out of a home on stretchers.

"I think it's kind of crazy, considering this town's been pretty quiet," Ariana Mancuso said. "We've heard from the neighbors that it's been a pretty quiet town, that nothing like this happens, so it's definitely something serious."

The victims' names will be announed once their families have been notified, officials said.
