A 33-year-old Boston man has been held without bail after pleading not guilty to stabbing a man to death at a Boston house party.
Aquiles Perez was arraigned Monday following his arrest earlier in the day.
He is charged with killing 23-year-old Rafael Guzman in the early morning hours of Dec. 21.
Prosecutors say the two men got into a verbal altercation that turned physical. Prosecutors did not say what led to the argument. Guzman was taken to a hospital where he died.
Three people were stabbed but the other two victims survived.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
Perez's lawyer had no comment.
