A man has been charged with arson after the home of his ex-girlfriend was set on fire.
Forty-five-year-old Curtis Crawford was found by police in Windham, Maine, waiting for a taxi to pick him up at a local convenience store.
Investigators say gasoline was poured along the front of the house at 199 Pope Rd. and then lit ablaze.
The fire caused about $20,000 in damage; no one was home at the time.
Most recently Crawford has been living at a Westbrook motel. He is now being held without bail at the Cumberland County Jail.
