Police say a car stolen from a Boston gas station with baby inside on Monday night was located a short time later.
The car was taken at about 9:30 p.m. at a gas station on Washington Street and was found on nearby West Walnut Park.
Boston Police said the mother reported she got out of her car and that a man, about 17-22 years of age, then got into the car and drove off with the child inside.
The 9-month-old child was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The Department of Children and Families was notified.
No arrests have been made and the incident is under investigation.
