A water main break in Lowell, Massachusetts is impacting roads and slowing down traffic.
At least four streets have been affected downtown. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to avoid Central Street, Middlesex Street, Gorham Street, and Green Street.
Some residents have reported not to have any water in their homes and road conditions have worsened as the water turns into ice.
At thist time officials are unsure what caused the break and are working to clear the roads.
