Cheaters Gentlemen's Club in Providence, Rhode island, will reopen soon with a new name and a new owner, according to the Providence Journal.
The strip club has been closed since Aug. 2013 after police found prostitution activities, and an underage dancer.
Christopher Vianello of Biscayne Entertainment, Inc. will rename the club the Wild Zebra Gentlemen's Club.
The club is expected to open in February.
