Stubborn Showers Lingering This Week, Here Are Your Driest Days

It was a soggy Sunday in areas half of the Mass. Turnpike, where most areas got half an inch to an inch of rain. That won't really be the case Monday morning since most of those showers will clear out.

Right along the coast, we will see some low clouds and fog that could stick around through lunch. With an onshore wind, it will be much cooler along the coast. Inland locations will quickly warm into the upper 60s and low 70s.

If you look at the next 10 days ahead, the driest days look to be Monday and Wednesday of this week. Unfortunately, there are shower chances every other day.

The lowest shower chances thankfully are over Mother’s Day weekend. Hopefully that will continue to be the case.

The steadiest rain looks to fall during the day on Friday. Early estimates are showing 1-to-2-inches of rain. It’s still too early to lock it in, but know the potential is there.

Temperatures look to remain seasonably cool. High temperatures will range from the mid 50s to mid 60s most days. The overnight lows are steadily in the low to mid 40s.

Fingers crossed we will finally exit this gloomy pattern soon!
