Sunny Day Threatened By Incoming Showers

Here we are on a Monday with plenty of sun and seasonable temperatures. Highs will be in the upper 50s on the coast with afternoon sea breezes developing, and across the interior highs reach the low 60s.

Our first wave of rain for the work week moves in overnight. Scattered showers spread in from west to east around midnight and the rain continues through the Tuesday morning drive. The rain tapers off around noon and the clouds break apart a bit before sunset. Highs will be a tad cooler, in the low 50s.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy, but at least mostly dry with highs in the mid 50s. Another wave of rain moves in Wednesday night into Thursday. Again a wave of low pressure passes through Friday, with scattered showers throughout the day and highs in the 50s.

Our showery pattern continues through the weekend, with a chance for rain both days, but neither day looks like a washout at this point. Highs warm a tad more in the low 60s. Next week we have highs in the 60s, and possibly a Bermuda high that may warm us up, and may give us a couple dry days to start next week. Stay tuned!
