A New Hampshire man accused of leaving the scene of a deadly accident is due to be arraigned Monday.

Jason Douglas, of New Durham, is accused of hitting and killing Jeffrey Howarth on Route11 in Rochester back in May and then taking off.

Douglas was arrested two months later after a police investigation led authorities to him.

He has been free on $25,000 bail since his arrest.
