A man accused of fatally shooting a Salem, Massachusetts, man last month was arrested in Florida, according to the Salem News.
They report that Xavier Collazo, 19, was arrested on a murder warrant in Jacksonville, according to the Essex District Attorney’s Office.
He was wanted for the fatal shooting of Benjamin Magee, 27, in the area of 38 Park St.
Collazo is awaiting rendition to Massachusetts and will face murder and firearms charges.
It was not immediately known if he has an attorney.
