Suspected Gun Shot Fired Toward First Responders

Police suspect that a bullet was fired at or in the direction of emergency medical personnel after hearing a gun shot and loud crack pass over their heads early Saturday morning, in the parking lot of the Triangle Credit Union located at 257 Elm St. in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Officials report that police were in the parking lot along with American Medical Response Emergency Personnel to transport an intoxicated subject to a hospital when they head the gun shot.

The gun shot appeared to have come from the wooded area behind AL Prime Gas at 276 Elm Street. 

Police established a large perimeter and searched the area to no avail.  No injuries were reported.
