Suspected Gunman in CVS Shooting Due in Court

Two minors were arrested last week in connection with the shooting after an 18-year-old man was shot in the shoulder inside the store

A man charged in connection with a shooting at a CVS in Stoughton, Massachusetts, last Thursday, is due in court Wednesday.

Marcus Pierre-Louis, 23, the suspected gunman in the shooting, was taken into custody at 7:20 p.m. at a Normandy Street residence in Dorchester.

Police said at the time of his arrest, Pierre-Louis was in possession of a loaded firearm. He was taken into custody without incident.

Pierre-Louis will be arraigned in Stoughton District Court on Tuesday where he is expected to be charged with attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child endangerment.
