At least two suspects are at large after a double shooting in Chelsea, Massachusetts, that left one person critically injured.
The shooting happened around 7:45 Tuesday night in the area of 119 Congress Ave.
One male victim is in critical condition at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and one female victim is also at MGH with serious injuries. Police say the victims are in their 20s. Their names are not being released at this time.
Detectives recovered a firearm at the scene.
There are no descriptions of the suspects at this time. Police confirm they are interested in a small gray sedan, possibly a Honda, that appears to have fled the scene down Congress Street towards Shurtleff, then Marginal.
Police are unsure at this time if the shooting is gang related, but say the incident does not appear to be random.
