Police in Augusta, Maine, have arrested a teen accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend and trafficking cocaine.
Police say they responded to a residence on Littlefield Street Sunday for a report of a male who displayed a firearm in a reckless manner. Police say the subject refused to cooperate with police, who obtained a warrant for arrest.
The subject, Stephon James Davis, 18, of Augusta, was arrested Monday after police pulled him over during a felony traffic stop.
Police searched his residence and following investigation Davis was charged with criminal threatening with a weapon, assaulting his pregnant girlfriend and trafficking cocaine.
He is being held without bail at the Kennebec County Correctional Facility.
