A New Hampshire teen has been charged with exposing himself to a female jogger last month.
Thomas J. Welch, 18, of Hampton, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with one count of indecent exposure and lewdness. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Seabrook District Court on Dec. 17.
Police said Welch exposed himself to a woman on Oct. 7 on Old Locke Road in North Hampton. The woman said she was jogging when a man driving a red pickup truck exposed himself to her. A similar report was made to police in neighboring Rye in late September.
