A teenager died early Saturday morning when a fire tore through an apartment house in Greenville, Maine.
The state fire marshals office said the body of Stephen Richards, 19, was recovered in the rubble of the building at 56 Washington Street.
Three other residents who lived in another apartment escaped the fire without injury.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the blaze but said it will be difficult because of the extensive damage.
