Police in Boston have arrested two teenagers accused of attacking and spitting on a McDonald’s employee

Police in Boston have arrested two teenagers accused of attacking and spitting on a McDonald’s employee in the Dorchester neighborhood.

Police were alerted to a report of a right at the restaurant Monday night at 8:39,

The victim was found at the scene covered in saliva.

The restaurant’s manager told police that a group of teens were loitering for over an hour without purchasing food. When the victim asked the teens to leave, they allegedly began to verbally insult her. A male entered the restaurant and purchased food for the group.

While eating, one of the girls among the group threw her drink at the victim, who then asked the group to leave again. Another teen spat on the victim, picked up chairs and threatened her. When bystanders intervened, the suspects attacked bystanders and the victim with closed fists.

They also attempted to make off with the victim’s phone and glasses, both of which were broken in the attack, as well as her wig.

Police were able to arrest two of the teens, but a third suspect was unable to be found.

The 14-year-old and 15-year-old, both of Dorchester, are charged with assault and battery and trespassing, among other charges.
