Tom Brady Says He Plans on Being Around for 2022 Matchup With Aaron Rodgers

Evidence continues to mount that Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is planning to play until he's at least 45 years old.

After Sunday night's 31-17 win over the Packers, the 41-year-old Brady told Peter King of NBC Sports that "he fully intends to be around" for the Patriots' next matchup with Green Bay and quarterback Aaron Rodgers in 2022.

"I'd like to go till I'm 45," Brady added. "I know I said that a hundred times, and no one believes me. But I mean, I feel good. I could go play another game tomorrow. I know what to do. It's fun. What else would you rather do than run out in front of 70,000 people and throw a football?"

The Patriots are now 7-2 and in first place in the AFC East. They travel to Nashville next weekend to take on the Tennessee Titans at 1 p.m. before their bye week, and return from the bye over Thanksgiving weekend in New Jersey against the New York Jets.
