UMass Student Struck by Vehicle

State police said the crash was reported as non-fatal, but the victim's current condition is unknown

A University of Massachusetts Amherst student was rushed to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday night. 

According to necn affiliate WWLP, the student was struck around 5:30 p.m. on Mullins Way. 

State police said the crash was reported as non-fatal, but the victim's current condition is unknown. 

The student's identity has not been released. It's not clear if the person driving the vehicle remained on scene.
