A Vermont man is facing charges after allegedly driving his all-terrain vehicle on another person's property while intoxicated.
State police say 34-year-old Aaron Rubins of Brookfield was charged with his third DUI and resisting arrest on Sunday.
Troopers say they found Rubins on his ATV on a property on School House Road after getting a call about a suspicious person.
No other details were immediately available.
It's unclear if Rubins has an attorney.
