Vermont state police say they have launched a missing person search after receiving a report of a snowmobile that went through the ice on Ricker Pond in Groton State Park.
Police say they received the call at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities say tracks lead to a hole in the water.
The state police scuba team has been activated and is searching for a missing person.
