Investigators say an apartment fire in Biddeford, Maine, is now being investigated as a homicide after one of the fire victims has died.
Twenty-three-year-old Michael Moore died Friday afternoon at the hospital.
Moore was one of two men pulled unconscious from the building early Thursday. His roommate is in critical condition. They were rescued from a third floor apartment.
The Portland Press Herald reports that police are continuing to search for the person who set the fire in the back stairwell of the building.
