Viewers Discuss Who They Think Won the Final Presidential Debate

Viewers weighed in on which candidate came out on top

Following last night's final presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, necn viewers weighed in on who they believe won the debate.

Prior to the start of the debate Stephen Poschmann tweeted "My computer algorithm has calculated in order to lose the election Hillary needs to upchuck Gummi bears during this debate."

Mvchick tweeted, "Hillary the clear winner."

For New Hampshire voters who spoke with necn, Trump's refusal to commit to accepting the results of the election was a key issue.

"If he wins, he'll believe it," said Claudette Piscopo of Merrimack. "But if he doesn't, he won't. He's like a spoiled child. Like a 2-year-old having a temper tantrum every time it doesn't go his way."

But one Republican, whose vote is leaning toward Clinton, feels Trump's concerns are legitimate based on recent history.

"I don't blame him," said Brian Panarese of Nashua, who said previous results were not what Al Gore or John Kerry expected. "He's being honest."

John Byrnes posted on the necn Facebook page that Hillary won and added, "it was like the Pats vs the Texans a few weeks ago. A blow-out."

Many cited Clinton's preparedness and mostly-calm demeanor as the reasons why she came out on top.

Those who believe Trump won the debate cited Clinton's dishonesty in regards to her email scandal and the Benghazi attacks as her downfalls.

JustMe tweeted, "Trump! I don't believe a single word she says and it will be a continuation of O[bama], but worse."

Jennifer Nolan agreed and posted on the necn Facebook page, "Trump hands down. Hillary still lies and rehearsed, fake."

There was a third winner, according to viewer Peter Ouimette who posted, "Alec Baldwin won."
