‘Violent' Felon Turns Himself in to Police in Maine

A "violent" felon has turned himself in to police custody in Buxton, Maine.

According to WCSH-TV, Vincent Cole turned himself in on Wednesday morning.

Police in York County had been searching for Cole since Sunday saying he was possibly armed.

Authorities told WCSH-TV, Cole is a felon with a violent history with two active arrest warrants for violation of conditions of release. He was recently out on bail for aggravated assault.

Cole was believed to be with Natasha West and the couple's 2-year-old child.

The whereabouts of West and the child are still unclear.
