Bunker Hill Community College will be closed today due to a water main break Sunday morning on campus.
Boston fire officials and repair crews responded to a large water main break at Bunker Hill Community College this morning.
The incident was reported at 5:47 a.m. and a large quantity of water was seen in the area. Boston Water & Sewer shut down the water main, allowing the water to recede.
BHCC's Twitter account reported that the Charlestown campus would be closed all day.
No injuries were reported but BHCC maintenance crews were on scene to assess any potential damage to the campus.
