On Interstate 495 northbound in Westford, Massachusetts, no one was injured when a car spun out north of Exit 32. State Police reported another spinout on Route 1 southbound in Revere. In addition, the Ashland, Massachusetts, fire department says no one was injured in a three-car crash.

Police in Winhall, Vermont, say they responded to several crashes throughout Saturday as several inches of snow accumulated in western New England. A car with five occupants, including three children, rolled over at the intersection of Routes 11 and 30, but no one was injured.

In Connecticut, a crash caused a traffic back-up on Interstate 95 between Exit 72 and 73. State Police responded when two cars collided head-on in East Hartford on Route 2E at Exit 5C. Hartford and Fairfield police are advising motorists to stay off the roads.

Blizzard, winter storm, coastal flood and wind chill advisories are in effect across New England through Sunday.
