Sunny Stretch Continues

Our nice weather continues not just on Sunday, but right into the start of this upcoming work week.

Sunshine will be dimmed or filtered at times in Southern New England today as a disturbance continues to slide south. Winds will also turn onshore, keeping the coast near 70 while inland areas again make it closer to 80.

Mostly clear skies tonight, combined with a light wind, will result in cool and crisp conditions. Lows will bottom out in the 40's and 50's.

We still have an east wind on Monday, meaning it's a bit cooler. Highs will be in the 60's near the coast, and in the 70's inland.

Winds turn to the southwest on Tuesday, allowing milder air back into New England. We'll pop into the 70's and 80's with continued sunshine.

It's warm and muggy on Wednesday, with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. This will be typical hit and miss summer-like activity, not an all day washout.

Humidity drops again as we clear out on Thursday, but keep in mind there still may be some showers in Northern New England.

Beyond that rain chances still look minimal with mainly seasonable conditions.
