Wind brought trees and wires down Friday evening in Monson, Massachusetts.

According to the National Weather Service, a two-mile stretch of Silver Street was left impassable by the damage. In the area between Thayer Road and Nieske Road, trees two feet in diameter had fallen, along with wires.

About 100 residents were without power at one point.
