    2 Arrested in Deadly Shooting at Lynn Block Party

    Police arrested two men after a shooting left a man dead and three others wounded at a playground in Lynn. (Published Monday, Aug. 26, 2019)

    Investigators are asking any witnesses to come forward after a deadly shooting at a playground in Lynn, Massachusetts.

    Four people were shot Saturday evening at Warren Street Playground. One of the victims, identified as 34-year-old Brandon Jesurum, died from his injuries after being taken to Salem Hospital.

    Rogelleo Morrison, 43, and Luis Falcon, 25, both residents of Lynn, were arrested Sunday night.

    The Essex County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday that authorities were asking for the public to help in the investigation.

    The shooting happened during a neighborhood block party.

    "Something that may sem insignificant could be helpful to investigators, so please, if you saw or heard anything, please contact us," DA Jonathan Blodgett said in a statement.
