The woman who was kicked out of TD Garden during Saturday's Bruins playoff game and accused of assaulting police officers and EMS personnel is expected to be in court this week to face assault and battery charges.

Stephanie Lavoie, 32, of Waterbury, Vermont was arrested Saturday after she allegedly kicked, bit, and spat on officers and EMS personnel. The trouble began after TD Garden security escorted Lavoie and another man from the premises, according to Boston police.

Although the man was removed with relative ease, Lavoie allegedly refused to leave the premises and became violent.

Police said Lavoie refused to comply with officers and assaulted them before they were able to handcuff her. When police escorted her to an elevator, she allegedly kicked an officer with full force and dug her nails into the skin of another officer when they exited the elevator.
