Woman Accused of Performing Sex Act on Kraft Arrested

Mingbi allegedly performed a sex act on Kraft at Orchids of Asia Day spa on Jan. 19.

A woman accused of illegally performing a sex act on Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, at a Jupiter, Florida day spa, has been arrested.

Shen Mingbi had a hearing in Palm Beach County on Tuesday, a day after she was arrested. Through a Mandarin interpreter, she was ordered to surrender her passport and stay away from massage parlors.

Mingbi allegedly performed a sex act on Kraft at Orchids of Asia Day spa on Jan. 19. Kraft allegedly paid Mingbi and another spa worker, 39-year-old Lei Wang, in cash afterwards, according to WPTV.

Police say the incident was caught on a hidden surveillance camera that was installed on Jan. 17 as part of a "sneak and peak" search warrant. Mingbi's arrest report alleges the camera caught her performing an illegal sex act on at least six other men, including former Citigroup President John Havens.

The spa worker is facing several prostitution-related charges. Mingbi's bail was set at $5,000.

Kraft has plead not guilty to soliciting prostitution. Tuesday morning a Florida judge blocked the release of the surveillance video.

The videos and charges are a result of a months long investigation by local police into a prostitution ring run out of Florida day spas.
