Woman Accused of Selling Fentanyl to Man Who Died in NH

New Hampshire authorities have accused a woman of selling fentanyl to a man who overdosed and died last year.

Attorney General Gordon MacDonald said of 38-year-old Kelly Flanagan, also known as Kelly Silva, was arrested Friday in connection with the death of David Gross in October.

Flanagan, formerly of Somersworth, was extradited from Massachusetts and arrested by the Somersworth Police Department. She's scheduled to be arraigned Monday. It wasn't immediately known if she had an attorney.

MacDonald said after Gross' death, the police department, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration, began an investigation that identified Flanagan as the source of the fentanyl.
