Police in Middletown, Rhode Island, have arrested a woman accused of strangling her girlfriend to death Tuesday.
Police say Melissa Sue Ann Castle, 33, is facing murder charges in the death of Rachael Kilroy, 34, according to necn affiliate WJAR.
According to police, they arrived ay the home at 50 Jean St. shortly after 7 a.m. after receiving a call from one of Castle's Family members, who said Castle told them she killed someone.
Police say when asked what happened, Castle said, "I choked her. She'd dead."
She is being held without bail until a Sept. 8 hearing.
