A woman remains in critical condition following a fire at a home in New Bedford, Massachusetts Monday.
According to necn affiliate WJAR, crews responded to the home at the corner of Pleasant and Campbell Streets around 8:30 Monday night.
Fire crews found the woman unconscious after they broke down a third-floor door.
They said she had burns to about 40 percent of her body.
The fire appeared to be accidental in nature, possibly electrical.
