A 59-year-old woman driving a Toyota Camry suffered serious injuries in a motor crash this morning. She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Concord Police Department discovered the car had been travelling eastbound on Route 62 when it exited and crashed into a tree. The crash is being investigated. At this time police do not believe speed or alcohol factored in the crash.
Main Street was closed between Harrington Avenue and Forest Ridge Road from 7:30 to 11:15 am.
