(NECN) - Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson has said he will do anything he can to keep Aaron Hernandez from marrying is fiancée Shayanna Jenkins while behind bars.
We were joined now by Hindell Grossman, family law expert with Grossman and Associates.
Grossman said they can get maiird in prison if they apply.
She said it is unlikely Hodgston will be able to stop it.
Jenkins was married to Hernandez, would she have to testify against him?
She said that she would have a choice, but would not be forced to.
