(NECN) - The Easter bunny's gonna be busy this weekend, so in an effort to help out, Amy Kimball of Amy Kimball Events is here with some simple ‘do it yourself’ ways to modernize the baskets kids will be leaving out for the bunny to fill up.
Check out the following in the video:
1. Beach pail: stick on foam letters for a kid's name and use foam Easter stickers like bunnies. Pail provides a built-in gift even before the Easter bunny fills it with chocolate candies
2. Wood pail (from a crafts store): spray paint it then add ribbons and clip on flowers for a pretty basket
3. Hostess Easter basket: it’s the adult basket if you want to bring something to the person hosting your Easter. Add wine, a mason jar full of candy, nice chocolate, a scented candle and flowers
