(NECN) - Some foods have a healthy reputation. You think you're doing the right thing, but some of those foods don't deserve that reputation.
Registered nurse and health coach Jacqui Bryan has some essential mistakes that you just need to avoid.

Some 'diet busters' include low-fat frozen dinners, wrap sandwiches, veggie burgers with condiments and cheese, and raisins.
"It serves a purpose on occasion," said Bryan of low-fat frozen meals, but the fat is replaced with "sodium or salt, and that can make you retain fluid and cause you to feel a little puffy and make the jeans a little tight the next morning.
