Weymouth, Mass. School Worker Pleads Not Guilty to Statutory Rape Charges

(NECN) - A Weymouth, Mass. middle school worker accused of raping a 15-year-old boy was in court Wednesday.

Janelle Foley pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated statutory rape of a child after being formally indicted on the charges earlier this month.

Prosecutors say Foley first had sex with the teen on Thanksgiving.

She is out on bail under multiple conditions, including wearing a GPS monitoring device.

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for May.
