Sanders Rallies Supporters in New Haven

Voters in five states will weigh in on the presidential race this week: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island all hold primaries Tuesday.

Four of the five remaining candidates have been criss-crossing those states rallying supporters.

The final New England stop this weekend was made by Bernie Sanders in New Haven, Connecticut. The Democratic candidate stood before roughly 10,000 supporters on the New Haven Green just after 7 p.m.

The Vermont senator touched upon several issues including making higher education more affordable and mental health treatment.
