(NECN) - Todd McGhee, president and co-founder of Protecting the Homeland Innovations, joined Broadside Wednesday with insight into the clues authorities are looking at in their investigation into the Boston Marathon bombings
"We have to remember the investigation is still fluid. Both media and the general public really have to allow this thing to play out," he says. "One of the things we also have to realize is that the physical, the collection of physical evidence, this is going to be part of the due process, so we really have to follow the protocols. Reasonable suspicion, probable cause, if the authorities in the investigation haven't reached that level of probable cause, they can't make the arrest."
Protecting the Homeland Innovations is a firm that trains state police and Massport and Logan Airport security officers in preventing and investigating terrorist attacks.
