Vice President Joe Biden will visit Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, Wednesday.
Biden is scheduled to attend an event regarding workforce engagement at the shipyard with members of Congress.
Sen. Jeanne Shaheen and Rep. Carol Shea-Porter of New Hampshire will appear, as will Reps. Mike Michaud Chellie Pingree from Maine.
Friday, President Barack Obama was also in New England for a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser in Newport, Rhode Island.
