President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will travel aboard Air Force One to Cape Cod Coast Guard Air Station on Saturday, August 9. Following the arrival, they will travel via Marine One to Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.
Obama and his family are coming to the Vineyard for the longest summer vacation of his six-year presidency.
This year, the Obamas are renting a seven-bedroom, 8,100-square-foot house along the island's Vineyard Sound side, far off the main roads.
On Monday, August 11, the President will attend a DSCC event. On Sunday, August 17, the President will depart the Vineyard and return to Washington, D.C. to attend meetings at the White House. On Tuesday, August 19, the President will return to the Vineyard.
On Sunday, August 24, the President will depart the Vineyard and return to D.C.
