Tom Brady's injury is not believed to be serious and he should be ready for the playoffs, according to a report.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Monday morning that Brady underwent an MRI on his ankle, which revealed a sprain, but no breaks. He is expected to be ready to play in two weeks when the Patriots begin their playoff push.

The New England Patriots quarterback said after Sunday's game that he was "pretty sore." In his regular weekly appearance on WEEI-FM's "Dennis & Callahan Show" on Monday morning, Brady said "I'm doing all right. We'll see how it goes this week."

Brady hurt his ankle after being hit by Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh in the second quarter of Sunday's game. He was reportedly seen limping after the game.
