Did Rob Gronkowski suffer a punctured lung Sunday or not?
There are conflicting reports about whether the New England Patriots tight end did or didn't puncture a lung in Sunday's loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Monday that Gronkowski suffered what is believed to be a punctured lung.
"Rob Gronkowski's toughness would never be questioned," Rapoport also tweeted. "But finishing a game with a punctured lung is something else."
However, ESPN's Adam Schefter said a short time later that he was told that Gronkowski has a chest injury, but not a punctured lung.
Both Rapoport and Schefter seemed to agree that the injury wasn't too serious, and that he would only miss one game, if any at all.
Gronk was hit hard by Seattle safety Earl Thomas.

"Probably one of the hardest I got hit in my career, for sure, by a good player, good fast player, who's like a missile," he said after the game. "Good clean hit. Nothing against it. Just took it, and it just knocked the wind out of me a little bit."
Asked about Gronk's injury on Tuesday, head coach Bill Belichick didn't say much.
"Yeah, no, I don't have anything to add," he said. "The players aren't in today, so we'll put a report out Wednesday after we practice and see what happens on Wednesday."
The Patriots face the 1-8 San Francisco 49ers this coming Sunday.
