Man Charged With Stealing 29 Pairs of Sunglasses

Randy Vigeant allegedly stole eye wear from a store at the Merrimack Premium Outlets

A Nashua man is accused of stealing 29 pairs of sunglasses from a store at the Merrimack Premium Outlets in New Hampshire.

Randy Vigeant, 36, was arrested on Monday on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking.

The thefts occurred between June 25 and July 18, on six different days.

Vigeant is being held on $1,000 cash/surety bail. He will be arraigned on Tuesday for the six misdemeanor charges.

A misdemeanor is punishable by a year in jail and/or a $2,000 fine.
