Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rotissiere Chicken, picked
  • 36 oz Yellow Curry Sauce (Trader Joe's brand)
  • 3 Cups Whole Grain Rice, cooked
  • Condiments: cucumber, hard boiled egg, tomato, green onion, toasted coconut, roasted peanuts, apple, mango chutney

Preparation:

  • Combine chicken and curry sauce in a slow cooker and simmer on low heat for 1.5-2 hours
  • Serve over rice
  • Let family + friends personalize their dish with condiments
  • Enjoy!
