Officials were warning residents of hypothermia and frost bite risk, with temperatures below -20 and wind chills as low as -44 in the northern part of the state.

We can only go up from here! At least with our wind chill temperatures.

Tuesday Evening: Mostly clear as wind subsides slowly and we see temperatures around 10.
Overnight Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy and very cold with lows in the single digits, below zero north.
Wednesday: Increasing clouds with a cool breeze and highs in the 30s.
