A man has been charged with murder in the shooting death of another man in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood. Police confirm 26-year-old Ira Harrison of Boston was arrested Wednesday. He is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old Christian Rivera of Dorchester on Homestead Street on July 7.
